How much will a prenup cost?

The cost of a premarital agreement in Texas depends on how complex the agreement is going to be. Wife has repeaded drug abuse, judge kicked her out of house 2 yrs. ago, divorce was droppered from in activity, i supportyed the children who are now over 18 n in college she has been rearresrted, failed drug testing had 5 yrs deffered probation they put her back in for 90 days then still will have 4 yrs to do on probation, they took away her deffered, she had job also working for court appointed attorney whom also drug tested he last yr. n fired her for failed drug test, she sued attorney n lost what a joke. i have my kids in home going to school wanting to file while she is in jail. can this

Your friend is in Galveston County. I moved here from Santa Fe after my divorce. I did one of those do it yourself divorces on line and filed it myself it only cost around five hundred instead of the thousands for an attorney. As long as they agree on everything she shouldn,t have a problem. I have a minor child, and we also owned property there but I was still able to file it this way.
But I would tell her not to let him know she is taking the kids out of state. He can get an attorney and stop her from leaving the state with them. Texas is a communtiy property state which means she is entitled to half of everything
