Texas Divorce Lawyers
In the last several years, Ms. Vance’s practice has included a central focus on family and marital disputes. She promotes a gentler focus on marital termination, convinced that a family’s energies should be spent on the healthy development of children, rather than concentrating on marital angst. Ms. Vance works closely with mental health providers, so that clients can heal, rather than continue to wound those they do, and have, loved. Legal Question----any Texas lawyers online??
This is a case in Texas--Jefferson County. My x took me back for a modification of original divorce decree and I agreed and we settled outside of courtroom. Short time later she took me back saying she didn't understand what she was signing?? Anyways the judge let the modification stay as it was and would not change it. Now she is taking me back again to change it. Someone told me you have to wait at least 3 years before you can file a motion to modify after one has already taken place. Can someone clarify? Thanks
Divorce in Texas
My aunt, non-US national, now 50 - married US citizen more than 20 years ago, has son (who is 22 now) and now is facing a divorce. They've been living separately for like 10 years. She has no college education, doesn't work, had DWI, has health and other problems, pretty much ruined her life, diagnozed bipolar disorder. She gets $150 a week support from her husband (who has a nice job, makes around $250k a year) and no money to hire good divorce attorney, no close family in the US to provide her with support (I'm outside the country).
As I understand, first thing she needs good legal advice, looks like I'm going to pay for that
Move to Texas
Texas is one of the remaining states that will not distroy a man just to allow lawyers to make much more money than they deserve.
This is no joke. Move to Texas. Do not listen to idiots, divorce is about money and nothing else. Protect yourself from the greedy bitch and her filthy lawyer, and your lawer does not care about you either. They are all bottom feeders.
